September Update:

A rather shocking first on our farm: A broken limb !!!!! Poor Carmel somehow broke his front leg. Despite a somewhat poor prognosis from the vet, we decided to give Carmel a chance. He now has a fiberglass cast for the next 5 to 6 weeks.
